Healing Cedar Energy Balls

Full of nourishing & energizing ingredients, these are a perfect ‘pick-me-up’ sweet treat for any time of day.
Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Sugar Free!
1 cup raw or toasted almonds, walnuts or pecans
1 cup fresh medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ cup almond butter
shredded coconut
Using a food processor, grind the nuts until they’re in fine crumbs. Add the pitted dates, raisins/cranberries & spices and grind together into a fine meal. Scrape the sides of the bowl and then add the almond butter and process again until thoroughly mixed. Form into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Store in a sealed container on the counter for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
