These cookies are a fun way to have your children participating in the creation of a healthy snack the whole family can enjoy! Ingredients: - 2 large ripe bananas mashed - 1 1/2 cup of quick oats - 1/2 cup of chocolate chip (or coconut) - 1/4 cup of walnut halves (optional) - 2 tsp of ground cinnamon Directions: Mix together in a bowl, drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
