This recipe is simple, easy, gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free. My 3 year old and I love to bake together. These cookies are a fun way to have your children participating in the creation of a healthy snack the whole family can enjoy!
- 2 large ripe bananas mashed
- 1 1/2 cup of quick oats
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chip (or coconut)
- 1/4 cup of walnut halves (optional)
- 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
Mix together in a bowl, drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 15 min at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
