Back in May 2012, we took over the lease at 8-3130 St Johns Street in Port Moody.  The space is 1250 square feet, has a bathroom and a kitchen counter, large windows and is storefront, with free parking. Designing the 5 treatment rooms, infrared sauna room, kitchen/staff room, and storage as well as reception area, wasn't easy but it was fun to walk around and visualize the end product. We used our creative minds to choose floor, cabinets and paint colours and agreed on everything right away: the perfect match!

Construction started mid-May and finished mid-July. A long process, but also fascinating to watch the clinic take form daily and becoming a reality. Some glitches along the way tried our patience, but knowing the end result would be fantastic, we just took deep breaths and kept calm.

We started spreading the word about our new venture and our enthusiasm was definitely contagious. Within a few weeks, we had 5 practitioners wanting to join our team. Two Naturopaths Doctors, one Acupuncturist, one Holistic Nutritionist and a Massage Therapist. How exciting was that?

On August 12th, 2012, we will have an open house for our grand opening! The past 3 months have been busy, but also amazing. We cannot wait to meet with potential new patients, and show our exciting ones, the product of our hard labour. We are looking forward to being the best   Wellness Centre in the Tri-Cities, and help everyone  reach optimum health.
